Lani Fritts
Lani Fritts is an accomplished healthcare executive and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in behavioral health and autism services. As a founding partner and independent advisor at Bixpli, he brings invaluable expertise to our ABA consulting company. Key highlights of Lani’s career include:
- Executive Chairman/CEO of Boost (2023-present)
- Founder and CEO of Kadiant (2019-2022), providing high-quality ABA therapy for individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Founder and CEO of Trumpet Behavioral Health (2009-2017), offering behavioral therapy and consultation services
- Current Board Member and Treasurer for The Council of Autism Service Providers

Lani’s educational background includes an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from Georgetown University. Rohit Verma
Rohit Verma is a seasoned healthcare executive and co-founder of Bixpli, bringing a wealth of experience in operational improvement, revenue growth, and strategic planning to our ABA Consulting company. His expertise includes:
- Over $1B in M&A and business development experience in mental health and autism services
- Leadership in expanding autism services through acquisitions and de novo clinic development across multiple U.S. regions
- Former Chief Revenue and Strategy Officer at Kadiant and CFO at Trumpet Behavioral Health, both prominent companies in the autism industry
- Extensive background in tech, including roles as Corporate Strategy and CFO at BLACKFIRE RESEARCH CORPORATION
Rohit holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and has AI and data science certifications from deeplearning.ai and Johns Hopkins University. His unique blend of healthcare expertise, strategic vision, and data analytics skills makes him an invaluable asset to Bixpli and our clients.

Rohit Verma
Rohit most recently served as CFO at Trumpet Behavioral Health and Chief of Strategy and Growth at Kadiant. At Kadiant, he led numerous successful de novo expansions across multiple states, resulting in rapid growth and swift payback periods. This experience inspired the creation of Bixpli’s proprietary R.AI.S.E. methodology for market and site selection in ABA center expansion. He also co-led Bixpli’s seminal ABA Operational Benchmark Survey in partnership with CASP and authors Bixpli’s Monthly ABA Newsletter. In addition, Rohit sits on the board of Anchor Networks, an IT infrastructure and support provider focused on the ABA sector.
Rohit’s career spans strategy, technology, analytics, and executive leadership. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, where he focused on business strategy and market dynamics. He began his professional journey at Kearney, advising C-level executives at some of the world’s largest companies on market entry, M&A, and pricing. Later, while working in high tech, he hired Kearney as a consultant, gaining firsthand insight into balancing big-picture strategy with practical implementation.
In the high-tech sector, Rohit led global market-entry initiatives, managed end-to-end business development cycles, and helped scale several companies from startups to over $100 million in revenue. His achievements include raising capital, leading corporate development, and closing more than $1 billion in M&A and business development transactions.
He has known his Bixpli co-founder, Lani Fritts, for 25 years. After collaborating at Trumpet and Kadiant, they launched Bixpli to help ABA practices excel in service delivery and growth. Bixpli embodies their shared commitment to delivering tailored, results-driven solutions for ABA providers.

Lani Fritts
Lani Fritts is an accomplished healthcare executive and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in behavioral health and autism services. He founded multiple leading ABA organizations, including Trumpet Behavioral Health (2009–2017) and Kadiant (2019–2022), spearheading high-quality care for individuals with autism. During his tenure at these organizations, Lani oversaw rapid expansions, built strong clinical and operational teams, and established cultures of continuous improvement focused on delivering measurable outcomes at scale.
Lani currently serves as Executive Chairman of Boost, has invested in and advises BehaviorLive, and sits on the board of the Council of Autism Service Providers (CASP) as Treasurer, Transitions Counseling and Consulting, and Behaven Kids.
Early in his career, Lani joined Savi Technology, where he first worked alongside Rohit Verma—forming a partnership rooted in innovation and a drive for results. He holds an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from Georgetown University.
Leveraging his leadership, strategic planning, and scaling experience, Lani ensures Bixpli delivers solutions that balance operational efficiency with exceptional patient care. By fusing his entrepreneurial perspective with a passion for supporting families affected by autism, he continues to champion sustainable strategies that help ABA providers thrive in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
